Letter of Inquiry
The Foundation has two grant cycles per year. To apply for a grant an organization must first fill out the Letter of Inquiry (LOI) . Organizations will be notified of the outcome of their LOI within 45 days of submittal deadline.

Organizations must submit the LOI via U.S. Mail or commercial carrier. It must be postmarked by the day of the deadline. The Foundation does not accept electronically submitted requests, either by fax or e-mail, or hand delivered applications.
Full Application
Those organizations that best fit the Foundation’s grant guidelines, criteria, and funding priorities will be invited to submit a full Grant Application, which will be e-mailed to the organization. Completed applications received by the due dates will be scheduled for a site visit and reviewed by the Board of Directors in May and November at their Board meetings. The Board of Directors will review approximately 30 grant requests per year.
