Eligibility
- Must be a senior at Lennox Mathematics, Science, and Technology Academy; Port of Los Angeles High School; or Verbum Dei High School
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or legal resident
- Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Must have financial need
- Must have applied to a university, a four-year college, a community college, or a state-accredited trade school within the United States
Academic Transcripts
Your parent or guardian must authorize the release of your school transcripts, using the Parent Authorization Release of School Records form on this website. Deliver the signed Parent Authorization form to your school secretary or Registrar’s Office. Your first semester senior grades must be included on your transcripts.
Make sure the Registrar’s Office provides your transcripts in a sealed envelope well in advance of the application deadline. Include the sealed envelope with your Scholarship Application when mailing your packet. If the seal is broken on the transcript envelope, it will disqualify you from the application process.
