Grant Program Information

Thank you for your interest in the John Gogian Family Foundation. We are committed to providing a positive and lasting impact in the lives of developmentally disabled children and adults, vulnerable seniors, and abused and/or neglected youth, by contributing to a safe and stable environment in which people can live and grow. Our specific areas of funding can be found in the Grant Guidelines section of this website.

The Foundation has one grant cycle per year.  The Foundation’s Letter of Inquiry (LOI) closed in 2018. The Foundation is currently focused on existing grantee partnerships and is not accepting unsolicited inquiries or proposals.

Each year those organizations that best fit the Foundation’s grant guidelines, criteria, and funding priorities will be invited to submit a full Grant Application, which will be emailed to the organization.

The Foundation’s staff will review incoming Grant Applications and conduct in-depth proposal reviews. Grant Applications that meet the Foundation’s stated objectives and evaluation criteria may be scheduled for a site visit before being sent to the Board of Directors for a final determination.

To returning partners, we look forward to reading about your organization, the programs you provide, and the impact you are having in the community. Thank you for all you do on behalf of developmentally disabled children and adults, vulnerable seniors, and vulnerable youth in Los Angeles County and Armenia.
